Fruit oats smoothie is a delicious drink that can easily be made at home. This recipe uses fresh fruits which are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, iron, Vitamin B6, magnesium, dietary fibre, carbohydrates, potassium and sodium. With this recipe, you can make a delicious smoothie at home in no time. 

Ingredients: 1 cup chopped mangoes, 1 large banana chopped, 2 medium sapota chopped, ¼ cup instant oats, 1 cup chilled milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 4-6 ice cubes. 

Steps

 1. Blend the chopped mangoes, banana and sapotas in a mixer along with milk, oats and sugar into a smooth pulp. 

 2. Add ice cubes into the blender to get a chilled smoothie. 

 3. Garnish with berries if you want. 

Your fruit oats smoothie is ready. Serve it with breakfast.
