Fruit Raita

Fruit raita is a delicious sweet dish that can be served after meal. Simple to prepare, this recipe uses yogurt, which is rich in protein, Vitamin B6, magnesium, Vitamin B12, calcium, protein and potassium. 

Ingredients: 4 tbsp chilled yogurt, 1 medium pomegranate cut and seeds removed, 1 medium apple cored and chopped, 1 medium banana peeled and chopped, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of roasted cumin powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of red chilli powder. 


 1. Take the yogurt in a bowl and whisk it till it is smooth and consistent. 

 2. Add sugar, salt and spices into the yogurt and mix well. 

 3. Add in the chopped fruits and mix well with the yogurt.
