Most kids are not very fond of salads but salads are the most nutritious meal to serve to your child anytime. Most children, on the other hand, are fond of fruits and this is a great salad that combines the goodness of nutrition and the taste of fruits.

Ingredients: ¼ cup orange, ¼ cup pomegranate seeds, ¼ cup apples, ½ cup boiled white chick peas, salt. 

Steps: 

1. Take orange segments, peeled, deseeded and halved.

2. Mix in with pomegranate seeds and unpeeled and chopped apples.

3. Mix in soaked and boiled white chick peas.

4. Mix in salt to taste and serve immediately.
