This is a healthy and nutrient rich food recipe that consists of iron, protein and fiber. Ingredients used are baby spinach, Italian sausage, olive oil, parmesan cheese and pizza dough.

Steps:

1. The first step is to boil spinach in a large skillet. Cook it for at least 1-2 minutes. Once this is done, take it out and squeeze it to take off the moisture. Now chop the spinach and place it in a large bowl.

2. Now in the same skillet cook the sausage for 5 minutes until it gets brown. Now add olive oil and onion. Cook it for 5 more minutes.

3. Add the spinach along with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Season the whole content with salt and pepper.

4. The final step is to place the dough on a baking tray and form a rectangular shape.

Fill them with the mixture and fold the ends. Bake them for 30-35 minutes.
