Broken wheat or dalia is loaded with nutrients and is known to play an important role in maintaining body weight and increasing metabolism. It contains fibre, protein and nutrients such as manganese, iron, magnesium etc. Broken Wheat Cutlets are a great way to help derive all the health benefits that broken wheat has to offer.

Ingredients: Half cup of broken wheat, half a cup of grated paneer, a cup of chopped vegetables such as carrots, capsicum, corn; one medium sized onion, garlic (3 cloves finely chopped), 1 tsp each of soy and chilli sauce, 3 tbsp of bread crumbs, salt, oil. 

 Steps: 

 1. Cook the broken wheat till has boiled completely. 

 2. Mix all the other ingredients along with the broken wheat in a bowl. 

 3. Make small patties out of the mixture. Shallow fry till golden.
