Having oats for breakfast is one the healthiest habits that you can have. Oats are rich in fibre, manganese, phosphorus, zinc and protein. Here’s an interesting recipe that will make oats even tastier. 

Ingredients: One cup of oats, 2 tbsp of ghee, half a cup of grated mawa, two cups of milk, sugar as per taste, chopped dry fruits such as cashews, almonds and pistachios, a pinch of cardamom powder, a pinch of nutmeg powder, a pinch of saffron strands. 

 Steps: 

 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the oats in it. Add grated mawa into the oats and stir well. 

 2. Next, add milk and sugar and simmer on a low flame. 

 3. As you see the mixture thicken, add dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. 

 Garnish with saffron strands. This is a wonderful recipe for breakfast as it is not only tasty but also healthy. So try this out today!
