This particular dish is very nutritious. The use of white fish provides with protein and Vitamin B. It is tasty and won’t be skipped by you. The ingredients used for its preparation are small baby potatoes, anchovy fillets, garlic, shallot, kalamata olives, EVOO, tomatoes, thick whitefish and butter.

Steps:

1. You need to first preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Now the next step is to slice potatoes and place it on a baking sheet along with green beans, shallot, garlic and anchovies. Drop EVOO over it along with salt and pepper.

2. Crush the olives to make a thick paste using a food processor.

3. Use the olive paste to season the chicken or fish. Sprinkle herbs onto the fish and roast it until it gets a brown colour for at least 15 minutes.

4. The final step is to top the fish with cheese and veggies.
