1. Mix the jawar flour, rice flour, and salt. 

2. Add boiling water and mix.

3. Add ginger, onion, coriander leaves.

4. Heat tava and pour one ladle of the mixture. Drizzle with oil and cook on both sides till done. Serve hot.
