Ingredients: 4 kachalu / arbi, boiled, peeled, chopped, 1 tomato diced, 1 red onion diced, 4 tablespoons yoghurt, Juice of half a lemon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, Fresh coriander for garnish
1. Mix boiled chopped kachalu along with chopped tomato and onion.
2. Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and chaat masala.
3. Mix yogurt into the kachalu mixture.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve Kachalu chaat.
