Figs are a great source of potassium, carbohydrates, Vitamin C, calcium, iron and magnesium. You can use these delicious and nutritious figs to prepare a yummy milkshake. Serve it with breakfast or as a refreshment during snack time. This milkshake is extremely healthy as it is made using milk, cashews and figs. 

Ingredients: 10-12 figs or anjeer, 12-15 cashews, 2 ½ cups of milk, 1-2 tsp sugar. 

Steps

 1. Soak the figs and cashews in water for about 2-3 hours. Drain and blend them into a smooth puree along with ½ cup milk. 

 2. Add the remaining milk, sugar and blend again. 

 3. Pour out the milkshake into glasses and serve.
