Ingredients: 1 cup of sliced onions, ½ cup of besan, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt, oil
1. In a bowl, take the sliced onions, besan and salt. Add a little oil and mix well. Set aside for sometime.
2. Heat oil for deep frying. Roll out pakodas from the mixture you have prepared.
3. Drop balls of mixture one by one into the oil.
4. Deep fry and scoop out.
Serve with a spicy green chutney or tomato ketchup.
