Ingredients: colocasia– 1 whole (leaves, stem and bulb), Dried raw mango – ½ cup, Coriander seeds- ½ tsp, Salt to taste, Mustard oil- 1 tsp

Steps:

1. Take the whole plant of colocasia along with its leaves, steam and bulb. Wash and cut it into pieces.

2. Heat mustard oil in a pan, add coriander seeds and salt and sauté.

3. Add pieces of colocasia and cook till soft.

4. Now add dried mango slices and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve.
