Are you tired of the same old curries? Make some tasty Khoya Makhana. Makhana is an excellent dish as it is full of proteins, essential for healthy growth.

Ingredients: Khoya 1/2 cup, Green peas shelled 2 cups, Cashew nuts chopped 8, Oil 2 tablespoons, Coriander powder 2 teaspoons, Fennel seed powder 1/2 teaspoon, Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon, Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

Steps:

1.  Place tomatoes in boiling water for three to four minutes. Drain, peel off skin and chop finely. 

2.  Heat oil, add khoya and keep stirring till it changes colour. Reduce to medium heat. Add coriander powder, fennel powder, garam masala powder and mix well. 

3.  Add peas and tomatoes. Add half a cup of water and cook till oil separates. Serve hot garnished with chopped cashew nuts and chopped coriander leaves.
