Ingredients: 1 tbsp. condensed milk, 1 tbsp. cream, 200 gm khoya, 1 tsp. wheat flour, 2 bananas, 1 tbsp. cinnamon powder.
1. Boil a can of condensed milk for about 1.5 hrs and caramelize it.
2. In a bowl, mix flour with grated khoya. Place the khoya in greased tart moulds.
3. Bake for 7 minutes at 140oC and remove.
4. Pour the caramelized condensed milk, sprinkle some cinnamon powder and serve.
