Ingredients: Lasiade / Sebesten Plum – 4-5, Raw mango- 1, Amchur / tamarind paste- ½ tsp, Salt to taste

Steps:

1.   Break the fruit into pieces. Remove the seeds and boil in water for 10 minutes.

2.   While boiling add raw mango sliced to reduce stickiness.

3.   Fry the boiled fruit along with the spices and salt till soft.

4.   Add amchur powder or tamarind paste. Cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
