Lovely Mango Idli
Mango is a great combination of taste and health. It is loaded with vitamin A and C along with carotenoids to keep the immune system working. Here is a recipe for Mango Idli that is going to be a sure shot winner with the whole family.
Ingredients: 1 tbsp ghee, roast 1 cup rava, 1 cup sweet mango pulp, 1 cup fresh grated coconut, 1 cup curds, 1 cup sugar, a pinch of cardamom powder.
1. Heat ghee and roast rava. Keep aside.
2. Grind together sweet mango pulp, grated coconut, curds, and sugar.
3. Add the roasted rava and a pinch of cardamom powder to the ground mixture.
4. Grease an idli mould and pour out the mango idli batter.
5. Cook for 20 minutes.
6. Cool and serve.
Serve it as a snack or offer as breakfast with a glass of milk.
