Lunchbox Chicken Salad
Who says that salads are boring? Well, if salads are as tasty and delicious as this one, everyone would love it! In fact, this chicken salad tastes so well that you wouldn’t even believe it’s healthy. But the good fats of avocado and the proteins-minerals of chicken make it an ideal meal for lunch.
1. 2 cups of shredded chicken shall be put aside (boil chicken in salt water and the shred it or use leftovers).
2. Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, cilantro or coriander, mayonnaise and plain Greek Yogurt in a bowl. Add chopped avocado and chicken to it.
3. Toss it together. To help the mixture become juicier, leave the salad in fridge for about half an hour.
Serve alone or with bread. Get ready to be bowled over by this salad.
