Luscious Pear-Granola Parfaits
There are interesting sweet dishes for kids which can be prepared using fresh food items. You can also create your version by adding food sweetening products. The ingredients used for its preparation involve yogurt which is a good source of protein. Pear is also an impressive source of the fiber content.
1. The first step is to preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Arrange the pears in a baking tray.
2. Take a bowl and add sugar along with cinnamon. Now sprinkle lemon over the pears along with the cinnamon sugar.
3. Add ¼ cup of water to the baking tray and bake the pears until they grow tender.
4. The final step is to cut the pears in small cubes and add baking liquid.
Toss it well. Add these chopped pears to a parfait glass and add granola, maple syrup and yogurt. You can repeat the layering if you want. Try it today!
