Ingredients: 2 cups of freshly chopped mangoes, 2 cups curd, 2-3 tbsp. cream, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 4-5 tbsp. sugar, mint leaves for garnishing. 

Steps

 1. In a blender, puree the mangoes with sugar and cardamom powder.

 2. Add the curd, ice cubes and blend again. 

 3. Pour out the mango lassi into glasses and garnish with mint leaves and serve.
