Mangoes are a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, magnesium, dietary fibre and carbohydrates and hence it is important that you make this delicious fruit a part of your diet. Here’s a simple and quick recipe that will help you do so. 

Ingredients: 3 cups chilled yogurt, 2-3 medium sized mangoes chopped, 1 tsp cardamom powder, ¼ tsp saffron, sugar, some chopped mangoes for garnishing. 


 1. Mix the sugar and yogurt and whisk till they are smooth. 

 2. Add the mangoes, cardamom powder and saffron to the curd. 

 3. Garnish with chopped mangoes and sprinkle saffron and serve.
