This is a wonderful breakfast recipe for young kids. You would require whole wheat bread, grated mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, oil, boiled mixed vegetables (any choice), mashed potatoes, garam masala and chopped green chillies. Masala Cheese Toast can be prepared without any hassle. This recipe is rich in carbohydrates and fiber.

Steps:

1. Take a non-stick pan and add oil. Add onions and heat it for at least 30 seconds.

2. To this add the mixed vegetables, potatoes, garam masala, chilli powder, green chillies and coriander leaves. Saute it well and then add salt. Cook the content for at least 2 minutes.

3. You need to toast the bread slices in a toaster and arrange them in a plate.

4. Add the vegetable topping on the toast slices.

Now top the slices with cheese and bake it at 200 degrees. You need to serve it hot. Kids would love this cheesy recipe. Try it today!
