Mini Nachni Pancake
Most of us uare very picky when it comes to food. We need to figure out ways to consume a good diet. Try out this interesting recipe which can be prepared using ragi flour, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, fruit salt and besan. Ragi is rich in protein and can be digested easily.
1. Take a big bowl and add all the ingredients except the fruit salt. Make sure you add 1 cup of water.
2. Prepare a good soft batter and sprinkle fruit salt over it.
3. Now take a non-stick fry pan and add oil to it. 4
4. Pour 2 tbsp of batter in uttapa mould and spread it gently. Cook it till it turns brown from both sides.
5. Prepare similar mini pancakes and serve it with coconut chutney.
This is an amazing recipe which can be savoured with joy.
