Mixed Sprouts Adai
Cook up a nutritious breakfast by making mixed sprouts adai. Mixed sprouts are a rich source of protein, dietary fibre, Vitamin K, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, thiamine, niacin, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and copper.
Ingredients: Mixed sprouts 250 gms, 1 cup rice, 1 cup dalia, 6 dry red chillies, a pinch of hing, oil, salt.
1. Soak the rice and dal in water for about 5 hours. Later, add the rest of the ingredients and grind into a smooth batter.
2. Heat a tawa and grease it with some oil. Pour the batter into a dosa and cook till the base turns crispy and golden.
3. Drizzle a little oil on the sides and top and flip.
4. Cook both sides and remove from flame.
