Sprouts are known for their nutritional value, so why not use them to make a yummy sandwich. Mung sprouts are a rich source of dietary fibre, protein, Vitamin C, iron and magnesium. So use this recipe to make a healthy and filling sandwich. 

Ingredients: 4 slices of brown bread, ¼ cup of green gram sprouts, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onions, 2 tbsp. finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, a generous pinch of chaat masala, amchur powder, 2 tsp. butter

Steps

 1. Spread butter on the outer surface of the bread slices and set aside. 

 2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. 

 3. Spread the sprouts mix on the unbuttered side of the bread. 

 4. Place another slice of bread on top and toast in a sandwich maker.
