Bread omlette is an easy to prepare, healthy and nutritious option for breakfast. It offers the goodness of eggs, which are rich in Vitamin A, folate, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, phosphorus, selenium. So here’s how you can make this healthy breakfast item quickly in your kitchen.

Ingredients: 4-5 bread slices, 4 eggs, 1 finely chopped onion, green chillies as per taste, salt, ½ tsp of black pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of butter, a pinch of turmeric, chilli and coriander powder, 1 tablespoon of cheese, a cup of finely chopped capsicum, tomato, mushrooms and spinach. 

Steps: 

1. Take a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except bread and whisk well to ensure that the egg batter is light and fluffy. 

2. Heat butter in a pan, pour in the omelette mix and spread it well. 

3. As it starts to cook, throw in your slices of bread so that they are coated well with the mixture.

4. Flip over the bread slices so that the omlette rests between them.
