This particular recipe is healthy and serves the best for killing hunger. Jowar and ragi makes this recipe high-protein along with the presence of iron. You need to have whole wheat flour, ragi flour, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, green chilli paste and jowar.

Steps:

1. You need to mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Add 1 cup of water to create a batter.

2. The next step involves heating up a pan. Spread this batter into the pan to create a 125 mm circle.

3. Apply oil on both the sides and heat it until both sides turn golden.

4. Prepare similar circles using the remaining batter. You need to serve these Chilas with ketchup or curd.
