Nutritious, Delicious And Crispy Poha Cutlets
Here is a wonderful recipe to convert your nutritious leftover Poha into a healthy evening snack. These Poha Cutlets are Crisp and filled with the goodness of vegetables.
Ingredients: 1 ½ cups of cooked leftover poha, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped onion, chopped coriander, salt, chat masala, 2 tbsp oil.
1. Take 1 ½ cups of cooked leftover poha and grind it in the mixer.
2. Add boiled potatoes, onion, coriander, salt, and chat masala. Mash and mix them well.
3. Shape it into cutlets.
4. Heat oil in a pan and place the cutlets to shallow fry.
5. Fry on one side and then flip over to fry the other side till golden brown.
Your Poha Cutlet is ready. Serve this Nutritious, Delicious & Crispy evening snack with green chutney or ketchup.
