Egg is considered a complete food and Egg Custard is a very nutritious meal. Try this easy recipe to make this delicious Egg Custard at home. This filling custard can also be given as an anytime meal.

To make Egg Custard:

1. Whisk together 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp honey and few drops of vanilla essence.

2. Pour in a double boiler or cook over very low heat.

3. Stir continuously and continue to cook till the custard coats the spoon.

4. Pour in a bowl as the custard will continue to cook in the pan otherwise.

5. Let it cool to room temperature before serving this delicious custard.
