This is a recipe which is healthy and savoring to feed while you are at hunger. You can prepare Mac and Cheese using basic ingredients which are easily accessible in every kitchen. Items required are full cream milk, grated cheddar cheese and macaroni.

Steps:

1. The first step is to take a saucepan and add milk. Boil it for at least 1-2 minutes.

2. Now add pasta and further boil it. Reduce the flames and keep it for at least 8 minutes.

3. Stir the mixture and then add grated cheese. Let the mixture reduce for 2 more minutes

4. Serve it when a semi-liquid content is obtained. This dish is nutritious and delightful.
