Oats or oatmeal is a rich source of manganese, molybdenum, copper, Vitamin B1, protein, zinc, chromium, dietary fibre, magnesium, Vitamin B1 and biotin. Use oatmeal to make healthy and nutritious pancakes.
Ingredients: 1 ¼ cups oat flour, salt, 1 ½ tsp. baking powder, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 2 large eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 ½ tsp butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tbsp. sugar.
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Grease a tawa with some oil and pour the batter in a small round shape.
3. Cook till the base is done and flip.
4. Once both sides are golden, remove from the flame.
