Help your day in full vigour by making an omelette every morning. Omelettes are very easy to make and hardly take any time. In addition, they offer the goodness of eggs, which includes nutrients such as protein, copper, iron, zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and selenium. 

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp. finely chopped capsicums, 1 tbsp. finely chopped tomatoes, salt, green chillies, pinch of turmeric powder, 1 ½ tsp. oil, chopped coriander leaves. 

Steps

 1. In a bowl, break the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients. 

 2. Beat using a wired whisk till the mixture is frothy and light. 

 3. On medium flame, cook the eggs on a tawa. Flip and cook till both sides are done.
