Onion Fried Rice
Make delicious fried rice using this easy recipe. Make this using onions, which are a rich source of Vitamin C, manganese, potassium, folate, Vitamin B6 and dietary fiber. Adding onions to fried rice not only enhances the nutritional value but also increases the taste.
Ingredients: 1 cup boiled rice, salt, a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp. coriander powder, ½ cup sliced onions.
1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter a few mustard seeds.
2. Add the sliced onions and fry till they turn translucent.
3. Next, add the boiled rice, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
Onion fried rice is ready to serve.
