Orange kheer is a delicious dessert that can be easily prepared at home. Ingredients: 500 ml milk, 4-5 medium sized oranges, ¼ cup crushed cashews, 2 green cardamom powdered, sugar.
1. Heat the milk and reduce it to half the volume.
2. Add sugar, crushed cashew nuts and cardamom and simmer with the milk for a few more minutes. Remove from flame and let it cool.
3. Remove the pulp from the oranges and add it to the cooled milk. Mix and set aside for cooling.
