Treat  pancakes in the mornings with the help of this recipe. These pancakes are made using all-purpose flour or maida, which is a source of essential nutrients such as selenium, dietary fibre, iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, phosphorus and potassium. This makes the pancakes delicious and nutritious at the same time!

Ingredients: 2 cups maida, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ cup sugar, 1 cup milk. 

Steps

 1. In a bowl, first mix the eggs, baking powder, salt, sugar and milk. Add the flour part by part to the mixture and prepare a smooth, lump free batter. 

 2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter on it in a round shape. 

 3. Flip and cook both sides till they are golden. 

Make pancakes at home today using this recipe. Drizzle a little maple syrup or honey on the pancakes and serve it for breakfast.
