Packed with calcium, these paneer barfis are sure to be irresistible!
Ingredients: 2 cups paneer, 1/4 cup milk powder, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3/4 cup ghee, 1 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 8 to 10 blanched pistachios, 8 to 10 blanched almonds
1. Combine the paneer, milk powder and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
2. Heat the ghee, add the paneer mixture and cook on a slow flame, while stirring continuously, till the ghee separates.
3. Remove from the flame and sprinkle cardamom powder.
4. Cool and knead well. Shape into flat rounds and add almonds and pistachios. Serve.
