Peanut Butter Banana Split Sundae
We all love ice cream, especially during summer. It contains Peanut Butter which is a rich source of proteins for body development and has a good supply of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that is good for the immune system. Bananas are an excellent source of energy and are filled with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Yogurt is rich in calcium, protein, fats, and minerals.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, ¼ cup Sundrop Peanut Butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 4 medium bananas halved lengthwise, 2 cups frozen yogurt (any flavor), ¼ cup salted roasted peanuts
1. Combine chocolate chips, Sundrop peanut butter, vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp water in microwaveable (glass) bowl.
2. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds. Uncover and stir. Repeat the process until the mixture is melted and smooth.
3. Divide banana halves among 4 dishes and top evenly with scoops of frozen yogurt. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
