Here is an easy recipe that you can make in a jiffy. It contains Sundrop Peanut Butter which is a rich source of proteins for body development, good supply of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that is good for the immune system. Milk provides calcium and is also filled with Vitamin D that helps absorb calcium. It provides benefits like healthy teeth and strong and healthy bones. Flax seeds have good omega 3 fatty acids, essential amino acids supporting the immune function and good source of vitamins and minerals for good health.

Ingredients: 1 and a 1/2 cup milk, ¼ cup vanilla flavored non dairy creamer, 2 tbsp Sundrop Peanut Butter, 1 tsp ground flax seeds, 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (Optional)


1. Combine all ingredients in blender with 1 cup ice cubes and puree until smooth.
