Peanut Butter–Banana Waffles
Snacks are as important as meals. This snack is a nutritious crunchy one, filled with the goodness of whole grain, banana and Sundrop peanut butter. These small bites are packed with macro and micro nutrients such as carbs, protein, magnesium, potassium, calcium and much more.
Ingredients: Few frozen whole grain waffles or pancakes, 1/2 cup Sundrop peanut butter, 1 sliced banana
1. Preheat the oven to 400º F with a rack in the center position.
2. Spread each waffle with 1 tbsp of Sundrop peanut butter.
3. Arrange sliced banana in the middle of two waffles with the peanut butter at both sides.
4. Place on baking sheet and bake until it is heated through, for about 8 minutes.
Cut it into halve and serve it immediately for best flavors!!
