This noodle dish will be irresistible as it is yummy and has a lot of health benefits. It contains fiber, vitamins as well as minerals. Sundrop Peanut Butter contains magnesium, calcium, vitamin E and protein. 

Ingredients: 8 oz whole wheat noodles, 5 tbsp Sundrop peanut butter, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ cup chopped spring onions (green portion).

Steps:

1. Take a big vessel fill it with enough water and boil noodles till it is done.

2. Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking liquid and drain the noodles.

3. Now in a bowl, add reserved cooking liquid, Sundrop peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, and chopped spring onion and whisk.

4. Add liquid to noodles and toss well to combine.

Serve this tasty treat as it is ready.
