Try this superb Mango Pineapple Smoothie when you wish to explore new flavors. This recipe is quite simple and involves vanilla yogurt which is a good source of calcium, protein and carbohydrates. Apart from this, mango is also used which offers Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Vitamin B-6. You can have this drink either in the morning or after lunch. 

Ingredients:  1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 mango chopped, ½ cup nonfat milk, 2 tbsp cream of coconut.

Steps:

 1. Add all the ingredients such as vanilla yogurt, mango, milk, banana, pineapple and coconut milk to a blender. 

 2. Mix it until the content grows smooth. 

 3. Take four glasses and pour the drink. 

 Serve it after refrigerating for at least 20 mins. Try it today!
