1. Take all the ingredients except almonds and saffron in a blender jar and mix till it is smooth and creamy.
2. Refrigerate the piyush for about 2 hours so that it is chilled and ready to be served.
3. Take out the refrigerator, pour out into lassi glasses, garnish with sliced almonds and saffron and serve.
