Ingredients:4 boiled potatoes,mustard seeds,urad and channa dal,curry leaves,1 onion,hing, besan, ginger, 3 green chilli,1 tomato, coriander leaves, water and salt to taste.
1. Boil the potatoes in a coker and smash them well.
2. In a tawa add little oil and fry urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves,followed by onions till they turn golden.
3.To this add salt,tumeric powder,green chillies, ginger, hing and coriender leaves.
4. After this process, add water and besan and potatoes and heat them well. Once the mixture gets thickened, your potato sagu is ready to serve.
