This recipe is packed with an abundance of nutrition and health. Give this for a variety and exciting meal. 

Ingredients: 2 tablespoon – coconut oil, 4 cup – water,  2 cup – steel cut oats, 1 cup – coconut milk, 1 1/2 cup – pumpkin, canned, 1/3 cup – maple syrup, pure, 1 tablespoon – cinnamon,  1 teaspoon – ginger, ground, 1 teaspoon – nutmeg, 1 tablespoon – vanilla extract,  1/2 teaspoon – sea salt

Steps:

1. Coat the inside of a cooker with coconut oil. This avoids sticking of ingredients to the cooker while cooking.

2. Add the ingredients and stir.

3. Cover and let cook for almost 8 hours.

4. Stir occasionally.

The end result must be liquid. Your dish is ready to be served.
