Treat your kids with the goodness of pumpkins in this highly nutritious and healthy treat. Pumpkins are abundantly healthy for the kids and should be a part of their diet more often. Make these tasty waffles so that your kids can see what a great cook you are!

Ingredients : 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp. each of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg),  1/8 tsp. salt,  2 eggs, 3 tablespoons brown sugar,  1 cup pumpkin puree,  1 2/3 cup milk,  1/4 cup oil

Steps:

1. Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.

2. Fold the two mixes together and give a few stirs.

3. Heat the waffle iron and cook about ¼ of the batter. Your waffles are ready to be served. 

These waffles are an excellent snack to binge on.
