This is a good healthy recipe which can be prepared under easy steps. Khoya Mutter has a delicious taste due to the presence of boiled green peas, grated low fat khoya, chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, tomato puree and oil. The presence of khoya makes this recipe high in protein content.

Steps:

1. You need to add hing, oil and cloves in a microwave-proof bowl. Place it in the microwave for ½ minute.

2. Now add the khoya and microwave it again for a minute.

3. To this add coriander powder, chilli powder, green chillies, dry ginger powder, salt and small quantity of water. Keep it in the microwave for a minute.

4. The final step is to add green peas, tomato puree, tomatoes and sugar.

Mix the content well and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Serve this hot.
