Quinoa Pizza Bites
When it comes to pizza, no one wants to say no. These yummy pizza bites are going to make the everyone come running towards you and eat them in a jiffy.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked and cooled quinoa, 2 cups pureed, cooled and cooked cauliflower florets, 1 egg, ¼ cup white rice flour, 2 tsp. coconut flour, 2 tsp. pizza sauce, 2 tsp. onion powder, 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 ½ tsp. sea salt, ½ tsp. pepper, Pizza sauce for dipping, Basil, Parmesan cheese.
1. Pre heat the oven to 400 degree.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Gently roll about 1 inch balls and let them sit on a baking lined sheet. 4. Bake at about 400 degrees for 30 minutes and garnish with basil and cheese.
