Milk is considered as the most essential and healthy diet for the good health as it is rich in calcium, protein, vitamin D and potassium. Ingredients:1L Milk,1 tbsp Lemon juice, 2 cup Sugar, 4 cup water, Cashews, Almonds, Saffron.

Steps:

1. Boil the milk and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

2. Add lemon juice to it to get separate water and the curdled part of milk.

3. Now separate the water using separator and wash the curdled part. Smoothen them and make a smooth dough.

4. In a cooker, add sugar and water and once they boil, put small dumplings of the dough in round shapes and after one whistle put the burner in sim and let it cook for another 8 minutes.

Your rasgullas are ready.Garnish them with cashews,almonds and pistachos and let it cool for 2 hours.Surprise  with this favourite dessert made by all your love and enjoy the health factors along with the simple recipe!
