You can prepare a quick dish for your growing child which is supremely nutritious. Raw Papaya and Cabbage Stir-Fry is an easy recipe that can be made using grated raw papaya, shredded cabbage, mustard seeds, hing, green chilli, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt. This recipe is rich in vitamins due to the presence of papaya.

Steps:

1. You need to heat oil and add mustard seeds in a pan.

2. Let the seeds crackle. Add hing and green chilli. Saute it well.

3. Now you need to add capsicum, cabbage, raw papaya, regular salt and turmeric powder. Heat the content for at least 2 minutes and toss it well.

4. At last, you need to add lemon juice and mix it well.

5. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves.

Serve it hot. Kids would savor it without any tantrums due to the fine flavour of this dish.
