Refreshing Aam Jhora
Mango, the King of Fruits, not only surpasses its contemporaries in taste and aroma but also in terms of culinary options. What’s more? It’s rich in essential nutrients and vitamins A, C, and B6. Aam Jhora, originally from Bihar, is easy to prepare and delightfully delicious.
Ingredients: You will require 2 raw mangoes, a teaspoon of black salt, sugar as per taste, 4-5 cups of cold water, a teaspoon of black salt and 2 teaspoons of roasted cumin powder.
1. Do not peel the mangoes. Boil them in a pressure cooker until they are done.
2. Cool them by placing in cold water. Next squeeze out the juice without removing the peels. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl and mix it with the juice.
3. Now blend the juice, pulp, and the remaining ingredients to prepare delicious Aam Jhora.
Pour it out into juice glasses, garnish with a spring of mint and you are done! Wasn’t that easy?
