Ingredients: One large watermelon (deseeded and chopped), two tablespoons of gelatin, sugar as per taste, two tablespoons of lemon juice, one cup of hot water and half a cup of cold water.
1. Soak the gelatin in cold water and keep aside.
2. Once the gelatin has soaked water, add hot water to dissolve it. You can also warm it on heat to dissolve it faster. Use a sieve to remove undissolved particles.
